Killin Highland Lodges Estate comprises a collection of independently owned and operated lodges. The Estate website operates solely as a marketing and booking platform and, where applicable, as a payment agent, and does not provide accommodation or act as principal in relation to any booking.
By making a booking, you enter into a contract directly with the relevant Lodge Operator, who is the named Short-Term Let Licence Holder for the property in accordance with the requirements of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 (Licensing of Short-Term Lets) Order 2022.
The Lodge Operator is solely responsible for the provision of the accommodation, the management of your stay, and all guest services.
All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions issued by the relevant Lodge Operator at the time of reservation.
