BBQ Bothy
The Scandinavian-style BBQ Bothy at Killin Highland Lodges Estate is available to hire for special occasions during your stay. Set in an elevated and private position within the Estate, with views across Killin and the surrounding mountains of Loch Tay, the Bothy offers a unique space to relax, dine and socialise — whether enjoying a BBQ with friends or gathering around the central fire.
A Unique Social Experience
The Bothy provides seating for up to 20 guests and is well suited for Family gatherings, Celebrations, Small group events or informal meetings. Designed for year-round use, the Bothy is fully ventilated and equipped with a carbon monoxide alarm to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

The BBQ Bothy is available exclusively to guests staying within Killin Highland Lodges Estate and can be hired for private use in the following time slots: 12:00 – 16:00 / 17:00 – 21:00 / Full day: 12:00 – 21:00. All equipment required for your booking is included, such as charcoal, tableware, an electric cooler and a selection of condiments. Pricing varies depending on group size: 2–4 guests: £40 / 5–8 guests: £60 / 9+ guests: £80. To make a booking, please contact your Lodge Operator.
