  The Oak Lodge has open southerly views to the hills around Loch Tay. This lodge has 4 bedrooms; one with a super-king bed, a double bedroom, a twin room (two singles) and a bunk room (full-size bunk beds). The double bedroom has an en-suite and there is a separate bathroom with shower/wc. The bedrooms have space also for a travel cot if requested. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster/kettle. The dining area comfortably sits 8. There's a large open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, with a wood-burning stove, three large settees, flat screen TV, Free sat box, Blueray/DVD player, and a CD player. A brick built barbeque is adjacent to the lodge and the private raised decking aea provides the perfect spot for outdoor dining or relaxing.

   

  Estate Facilities

  Guests staying within Killin Highland Lodges Estate have access to a range of shared outdoor facilities, including: Outdoor basketball and badminton, Giant Connect4 and Swingball, Tennis rackets and games equipment, Football field, Climbing frame and slide, Tyre swing. A communal fire pit area is located across the football field, and landscaped grounds and woodland trails can be explored throughout the Estate. A nature trail behind the lodges leads through burns and streams to forest tracks, offering views along Loch Tay and towards nearby waterfalls. Guests may also enjoy access to a separate indoor BBQ bothy, seating up to 16, offering a unique and sociable dining experience in a warm and atmospheric setting. The bothy is available to hire for an additional charge and is subject to availability.

  • Short breaks (minimum 2 nights) and full week stays are available. All beds are made up for arrival and linen is provided. Please bring your own towels (towel hire available at £5 per pack). This lodge is pet-friendly: £30 per pet (up to 4 days) / £40 (longer stays). Complimentary Wi-Fi is available via Starlink. Power costs - Reservations made before 25/03/26: a power tariff of £10.00 per day applies and is payable on arrival - Reservations made from 25/03/26: power costs have been included at the time of booking. Guests are encouraged to use energy responsibly by switching off lights and appliances when not in use. Energy Performance Rating: E.
